Is a water soluble, UV and heat stable, reactive soil modifier with the ability to retain strength of road bases and resistant to deformation. It is used on shoulders, slopes, embankments, road bases, earth roads and used for erosion control.
XL-Terrasoil eliminates capillary rise and water ingress from top. It maintains DRY CBR under WET CONDITIONS.

- XL-Terrasoil offers a technology platform which can do away with the major causes of roads failure.
- XL-Terrasoil due to nano level molecular hydrophobation of soil particles reduces the moisture susceptibility of the very expansive soil viz; Black soil, Marine Clays, Laterite Soils and bentonite. The expansion od soils is eliminated and becomes impermeable to water penetration.
