VXL group is a group of companies comprising VXL Nigeria Limited, Onemind Technologies Nigeria Limited and Nano ZMA Nigeria Limited. The major aspect of our business is the use of Green Nanotechnology to provide support in the infrastructure and road construction industries.
ONEMIND TECHNOGIES NIGERIA LIMITED is in the business of providing support in the infrastructure construction (waterproofing of rooftop, soil stabilization before foundation and control of capillary action).
NANO ZMA NIGERIA LIMITED is in the production of asphalt (XL-BITUPAVE Asphalt). The company was registered in 2013 as the construction arm of the group, with interest in the laying of asphaltic concrete pavements. it also specializes in constructing long lasting rural earth road with the adoption of the Green Nanotechnology.
Since 2008, our products and services have tremendously contributed in the stabilization of buildings and roads in Nigeria.

Vasant Kothari - Chairman
Mr. Kothari Vasant is a textile Engineer from the University of Bombay, living in Nigeria for over four decades.
He started his journey with Fablon Limited. He was invited to EDO Textile Mills as a consultant in 1978 to revive the then ailing company where he successfully managed the affairs of the company for two years. In 1980 he registered his own Textile company named - Textile Specialties Nigeria Limited. Under his dynamic leadership and insightful stratagem more than 300 permanent staffs were on the payroll of Textile specialties Nigeria Limited.
Due to the invasion of Chinese into the textile market of Nigeria, all the Textile Mills totaling about 150 closed operations and textile specialties was also closed in the year 2003.
During this period he developed interest in Nanotechnology and renewable energy and has a deep knowledge of the two.
Being a dauntless entrepreneur, he founded VXL NIG. Ltd in 1992 and Onemind Tech. Nig. Ltd in year 2004 for the marketing and application of Nanotechnology compounds for infrastructures and road construction in Nigeria.
In his quest to make the revolution of green Nanotechnology in Nigeria a reality, he founded Nano ZMA NIG ltd in the year 2013, and installed an asphalt plant for the production of XL-BITUPAVE asphalt.
He has been the driving force behind VXL's continuous growth. His far- sightedness has placed VXL's a major company in the Nigerian market establishing a reputation synonymous with reliability and excellent quality.
Sambhav Kothari- Managing Director
He joined VXL Group in 2009. He is the visionary and chief architect for Nano ZMA Nigeria Limited. He has been responsible for driving the company’s vision in to strategic direction. He oversees the day-to-day operations of all of these businesses.
